Meeting of Balsells Fellows in Barcelona

December 2003. On the occasion of Balsells Fellowship Director, Professor Roger Rangel’s visit to Barcelona to promote the 2004 edition of the Balsells Fellowship, a meeting and dinner was organized at the Bilbao Restaurant in Gracia.
